OMG Tiani!, what can I say! I had my first lymphatic drain massage with her but I had to try other places. I’ve had a few massages somewhere else but I had to come back to Tiani because I found her work incredibly amazing better than the other therapists I went to. The environment is very welcoming and everyone is always smiling. The only negative is that they don’t accept private health insurance but I’d recommend this practice especially my therapist Tiani to everyone .Thank you, I’m a happy client. 

The integrative lymph is a combination of tradition manual lymphatic drainage with Brazilian lymphatic drainage, myofascial release and breathwork.

Starting off the treatment with breathwork to ground and center before applying a gentle but firm pressure to stimulate the lymphatic system and open the pathways for effective elimination. By targeting the lymphatic system, it is encouraging the natural drainage of the lymph to help detox the body of waste and toxins. It also helps reduce inflammation and fluid retention, boost the immune system, improve digestion, sleep, increase energy levels and much more.

After the treatment you will feel lighter and notice a more sculpted physique, consistency is key for maintaining optimal lymphatic health.

The Integrated Lymph 

A targeted approach... for those wanting to continue achieving positive results through the art of facial  manipulation to lift, sculpt and tone the facial muscles. 

We cleanse then get stuck into releasing the fascia in a sequence that enhances the "life force" within the tissues (circulation of blood flow and effective lymphatic drainage) through techniques that encourage lymphatic drainage and release the muscles from the décolletage upwards. 

45 minutes dedicated to releasing the connective tissue and rolling out the tension, inflammation, blockages we accumulate over time... encouraging a lifted and sculpted appearance improving skin quality and emotional well-being.

Through this offering the fascia has been manipulated and emotions that were stuck in the fascia have now been acknowledged, we begin to see a freer motion on a physical and emotional level.

Our signature grounding ritual commences the experience leading into a deep cleanse and exfoliation to slough away built-up debris before a Dermalux light therapy session to promote collagen production, healing and cellular energy, delivering a radiant glow...

As you slip into a meditative state, a relaxing massage of the feet, calves, décolletage, arms and hands is performed to balance the nervous system and release tension.

A skin dance of cryotherapy wands concludes this experience with a focus to soothe and contour through its cooling properties. Skin is finalised with a tailored ritual of serums and moisturised to lock in hydration.
