Best massage ever, Jeff has amazing hands!

I had one of my best massage experiences EVER with Jeff yesterday. He started the massage by just feeling my skin before applying any oil. He slowly worked on my back and started building up energy in my body by working all areas including glutes, thighs and legs. He also massaged my front which felt amazing oh my God. 

He is very talented, kind and generous young man who is quite positive and friendly. I hope I can come back to London.

Jeff was very professional, but also very intuitive and cared about making sure the pressure was good and I was comfortable the whole time. We also briefly discussed beforehand the pressure and if I had any problem areas. The massage was a combination of therapeutic, stretching and relaxing. He uses his hands and his whole body intuitively in the process and makes for a very enjoyable time. He offered to let me shower after my massage was finished. I didn't feel rushed at all even though I knew he had another appointment after mine.

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage technique which uses deep pressure. Combining slow strokes and notable finger pressure, the purpose is to release the tension and tightness held deeply in your muscles and your connective tissues. A deep tissue massage will typically focus on your primary areas of discomfort.

Deep tissue massages may cause you a little discomfort or slight pain in the areas that are causing you trouble. Discomfort is normal with this type of massage therapy. Most clients say it's a “good hurt” where it's a little uncomfortable but feels good at the same time.

Stretch massage is particularly beneficial for people who spend a lot of time working on computers because it helps counteract all that forward bending and slouching in our daily lives. The shoulder girdle supports much of the body’s weight when we stand upright, so if this area becomes short or tight from an injury or poor posture over time, other areas must compensate. This may lead to back pain, neck strain, headaches, numbness in arms & hands, etc. Stretch massage releases tension and is particularly useful for flexibility.

This causes the tissue beneath the cup to be drawn up and swell causing increase in blood flow to affected area.
