Deep Tissue Massage

Sports massage is a deep form of soft tissue mobilisation. A sports massage can be applied in a sporting and non-sporting context. Sports massage involves a wide range of techniques that include effleurage, kneading, wringing, hacking and trigger pointing. A sports massage is used for general relaxation of the muscular skeletal system as well as being directed towards any problem areas. Sports massage helps relieve muscular tension, break down adhesion's, mobilise soft tissues and reduce pain.

Sports Massage 

This treatment incorporates your chosen massage with the inclusion of cupping and/or acupuncture and / or Dry needling rolled into one. This is a multi modal massage which will treat all areas of the body according to your requirements and needs. This can be booked as Sports Massage, Deep Tissue or Swedish. Just add in the notes as much information as possible. 

This treatment is available for 60 and 90 minutes.

Optimum Massage 

The classic massage using firm or lighter pressure to Improve circulation. If you have never had a massage before this is best as your first choice. The therapist will use many techniques to soothe the muscle tension and help you feel relaxed, amongst other health benefits it will leave you feel energised.

Swedish Massage

​This really is the ultimate wrapped up into 90 minutes. A full body massage from top to your toes - including a taster of the the abdominal / Colon/ stomach treatment (which is also a stand alone treatment)  area to help rid toxins an promote digestive wellness. Inlcuded is also a taster of the most relaxing acupressure head and Face massage - which will truly send you off into the perfect realxation this focuses on all the pressure points around the face, head and neck for a total full body, mind and stress free wellness (this is also a stand alone treatment) 

This is based on a Swedish technique for relaxation. You can not swap out or change parts of this treatment. 
Sports Massage.  Or deep tissue can not be requested.

Ultimate Full Body

Pregnancy massage can help reduce stress, relax your muscles and improve your blood flow, mood and sleep during pregnancy.
Massage in pregnancy can more gentler than the type of massage you can have at other times, but very effective due to the hormone 'Relaxin' that is naturally produced to help your muscles become more supple for baby growth.
It can ease discomfort and increasing muscle tension. which can put pressure on your body is areas of the hips, lower back and between the shoulder blades. 

Check with your doctor or midwife that it's safe for you to have a pregnancy massage.
Massage during labour can help manage your pain and improve your birth experience.

Pregnancy massage

This is the most relaxing massage but so  - I get asked for neck and scalp but not often enough so I have devised  this as a named treatment because we forget our scalps and how effective a good neck and scalp massage can be for tension release, headaches, recovery from colds and coughs, stress and tension. There are so many layers of fascia and muscle that continues into the scalp from the face and neck. This is a perfectly firm massage to address all of these issues and leave you feeling floating out the door
