The Foot Ritual is a great addition to your appointment at Nidra108. 

We will begin with a foot soak using  100% natural himalayan crystal salts to soften the skin and cuticles, followed by a foot scrub using himalayan and dead sea salts to re-mineralise and soothe the skin.

Once finished, we will dry your feet and get you ready for your next treatment.

Just like the Nidra Facial, but with the use of essential oils to help transport you to a deeper place of relaxation and calm. 

Still using Earth-to-you facial skin care products keeping it clean and natural - just what your skin needs.

Aromatherapy facial

Just like the classic Swedish massage, a gentle, warm, soothing touch takes you to a place of calm and relaxation but with the addition of healing aromas. 

Choose from a mix of preblended oils, or we can work together to create a blend just for you. Aromatherapy has incredible benefits and depending on what your mind, body, and soul need will depend on what oils will most benefit you. 



Aromatherapy Massage

Deep tissue massage reaches further into the muscles and connective tissue to break down and loosen tightness. This treatment is available to all clients who have a specific problem areas that needs extra attention. It's available in three lengths of time, 30, 60 and 90 minutes. I would recommend choosing 30 mins if you have just one area that needs attention, 1 hour if you have 2-3 areas and 1.5 hours if you're training for an event and need the whole body seeing to.
