Thai Yoga Massage is a unique blend of stretching, pressing and mobilising muscles and joints in the body to promote homeostasis bringing balance throughout the body and mind by removing blockages and stagnation within the body promoting a healthy flow of energy. The massage can be performed on a floor mat with the client fully clothed or on a massage table with oil to concentrate on key areas e.g. back, neck, arms and legs or for a short upper body, back, neck, arms and shoulders massage can be performed on a massage chair fully clothed. Just leg and foot massage with oil also available.
