Relax and rejuvenate with this 45 minute Reflexology treatment, to promote physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual self-healing. Treatment includes detailed consultation and aftercare. 

Reflexology packages are also available at a reduced rate.

Reflexology treatment* 

This RLD session is for clients who have had any Reflexology treatment with Santangelis Holistics before. Appointment includes 45-60 mins Reflexology, depending on medical requirements, plus consultation and aftercare. Appointment time approx. 90-100mins.

RLD works on the same principles as Lymphatic Drainage Massage/Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), a specialised form of massage aimed at moving fluid from swollen areas of the body to working lymph nodes where it can be drained. 

RLD assists with the management of Primary & Secondary Lymphoedema, but can be used similarly to MLD to help other conditions e.g. inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, including: arthritis, asthma, eczema, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, ME, sinus problems, migraines, headaches, muscular tension, aches, pains & premenstrual syndrome.

Treatments take place on the feet. Clients do NOT need to remove any clothing. It is advised that you wear loose trousers that can be rolled up to just above the knee. 

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (existing clients)

*These sessions are ONLY for clients who have had ANY type of Reiki treatment at Santangelis Holistics before, including a Reiki Drumming or a White Lotus Chakra Balance. 

As you will already have had a full and detailed consultation with us previously, only a brief consultation is subsequently required. 

This treatment consists of 45 minutes of Reiki energy healing, plus consultation and aftercare. Crystals may be used during the treatment.

Halo to Heel combines these two popular holistic therapies,  allowing you to unwind, destress and rejuvenate. Treatment includes consultation, full 45 minute Reflexology treatment, 30 minutes Reiki, which can include crystals and oracle cards if this is your preference, and aftercare advice.

Reiki & Reflexology

Distance Reiki healing is performed by a Reiki Practitioner when the client is not physically present. It is based on the ancient principle known as the 'Hermetic Law of Similarity', which states that we are all connected, as we are all made of energy and part of a larger whole.

The Reiki Practitioner invokes the Distance Symbol to assist them in crossing time and space. This facilitates them in clearing any energy blockages that a person has. This is particularly useful if someone is unwell, if for some reason you cannot attend an appointment, or you wish to send Reiki healing to someone that you care about, as the person does not need to be physically present to receive the treatment. 

Treatment includes 30 minutes Reiki, plus approximately 10-15 minutes consultation and aftercare. Crystals may be used during this treatment.

Distance Reiki Healing

During this treatment, your therapist will identify imbalances in the chakras and work to address these imbalances. Crystals may be used during this treatment.

The seven chakras are the main energy centres of our bodies. When chakras are open it is believed that energy can run through them freely, creating harmony between the physical body, mind and spirit. When they are blocked, we may feel low and unwell.

The session consists of 45 minutes Reiki Chakra balancing, plus detailed consultation and aftercare. 

Also available as a one-off Reiki Drumming treatment, part of the Ultimate Reiki Drumming Package, or as part of a Sakura or Ultimate Reiki Packages. 

White Lotus Chakra Balance 

*For your first Reiki session, you will require a longer 1 hour 15 minute appointment, which includes 45 minutes of Reiki energy healing, plus a detailed consultation and aftercare. 

For further individual Reiki sessions, please book a 1 hour appointment (listed separately) as a shorter consultation is required upon subsequent bookings.

NEPIP, an abbreviation of NeuroEndoPsychoImmunoPody, is a specialised Reflexology treatment that is particularly effective in helping those suffering from stress and anxiety.

This 45 minute NEPIP treatment, with consultation and aftercare, combines Reflexology, the power of positive thought and guided visualisations to facilitate the body’s natural healing process.

Also available as a course of 6 x 45 minute treatments with out 'NEPIP Rest & Digest Package' at a reduced rate.

This advanced Reflexology protocol works on the principle of increasing the flow of communication between the limbic system in the brain (that controls our emotions and higher mental functions such as memory and learning), our nervous system, endocrine and immune systems -all of which can be adversely impacted by stress.

The AromaReflex experience starts with a full, detailed consultation, where your health and wellbeing needs are discussed, which lasts approximately 30-40 mins. 
Based on your individual needs, a range of essential oils will then be selected for you to smell, stimulating your body’s amazing olfactory senses. 

Together with the Reflexologist, you will select a bespoke blend of three essential oils that will be mixed with a premium wax (approx.30ml), which you will then be treated with during your 45 min Reflexology session. You take your remaining blend home so you can maximise the benefits of this wonderful treatment. Please allow up to 120 mins for this longer appointment.
