Reiki is a natural method to assist your body to heal and for spiritual growth.     When you have a Reiki appointment.  All you need to do is relax.   You will feel deeply relaxed, and calm.  Reiki is soothing and people say it feels wonderful and  gentle.  Reiki helps if you are stressed, run down, over tired, and anxious or worried.  It helps you to let go of tension and anxieties, and negative feelings.  It lifts your spirits.  Some people fall asleep when they have Reiki.  If you have a health problem, or are recovering from illness or injury, Reiki helps to promote the bodies natural healing processes.  
There are no contra-indications to Reiki and it can be had in conjunction with any medical treatments.
Note: Although it would be safe, I do not give Reiki to pregnant women within the first 3 months.

Usui Ryoho Reiki, level 2, Okuden,  Mobile to you.  One day course. I recommend students take at least two months after their first course to become familiar with what they have learned before moving onto this Reiki level 2 course.  
The second level brings you further development for self healing, and healing of others so that as well as being more advanced in your knowledge, and understanding of Reiki.  After level two you can work as a practitioner for the public as well.  You learn how to work more intuitively with the energy and start using two new symbols. Benefits:relieves tension the cranial muscles, this can help reduce headaches, and is very relaxing, could improve your concentration levels and help to relieve stress.  A head massage helps to get rid of lactic acid caused by stress.  If lactic acid builds up, it is very bad for the hair follicles.  It relieves tension in the head muscles so that the hair follicles are not squeezed by tight muscles.  Both of these two benefits mean that a head massage is very good if you have problems with hair loss, or are trying to promote hair growth.
