I had an amazing reflexology session with Maegan yesterday.  All the tender points she hit were so accurate with what my body is going through right now! The atmosphere was perfect and I felt very comfortable and so relaxed! I highly recommend !! 😌

Maegan will use Reiki by gently placing hands or holding hands above the client to remove energy blockages. There are no risks to performing Reiki on children and it can be beneficial for regulating emotions, promoting regular sleep and reducing feelings of stress and overwhelm. 

Child Reiki Session (0-12)

Reiki is a light touch service where Maegan will gently lay hands on or just over the body to move energy and balance the Chakras. Emotional stress and trauma is often stored in the body presenting itself as pain or a physical ailment, by moving the energy through the body or away from the body this can help the client to feel more relaxed and offer some relief, leaving them feeling energetically lighter and more positive.

Reflexology can be beneficial for children as well as adults. Reflexology can help enhance and maintain healthy metabolism, a healthy digestive system and promotes relaxation. This is done by applying pressure to the feet, stimulating and enhancing the circulatory system, nervous system, digestive system and allows the body to heal itself. This service can be beneficial for babies as well to aid in colic, sleep, digestive issues as well as teething. 

Child Reflexology (0-12)

Reflexology uses deep pressure stimulating your organs and systems through your feet allowing deep relaxation and the removal of stress and pain. This service is beneficial to balance hormones, promote sleep and enhance the immune system naturally.

The combination of Reiki and Reflexology can be beneficial for both adults and children. Both of these services compliment each other and also compliment any other medical or holistic treatments a client may be receiving. These services are non-invasive ways to help reduce stress and anxiety, this means that when negative energy is reduced and the nervous system has been reset, the client will leave feeling energetically lighter and more calm. 

Child Reflexology (30min) + Reiki (30min) (0-12) 

A dreamy combination of Reflexology and Reiki to allow deep relaxation and the elimination of stress. Starting with an hour of deep pressure Reflexology targeting all the points in your body enhancing circulation, stimulating digestion and balancing hormones, this will help your body return to homeostasis and promote healing within your body. This session ends with half an hour of Reiki, getting deeper into relaxation, clearing blocked energy, balancing the chakras and promoting further relaxation and removal of stress.

Reflexology (1hr) + Reiki (30min)

The ultimate combination allowing for one hour of Reiki and one hour of Reflexology, this will leave you feeling energetically lighter, deeply relaxed and grounded. This service has all of the same benefits as the above combination with an additional half hour of Reiki.
