A session typically includes Reiki, Energy and Card Reading, intuitive hits and insights which are written up for you to take home after the session.

Rosemary works with you to explore your energetic field, delivering intuitive hits pertaining to your health and wellbeing. 

A typical session is a combination of intituive channelling and time on the Reiki table balancing energy.

During the session you may feel sensations of heat, cold, electicity, energy waves through your body and a deep sense of relaxation. You may feel unexplained wellbeing or insight. Results can’t be predicted. It is like a guided meditation getting out of your head, more present and aware in your body.

Scientifically energy healing improves our “electric health” working on the biofield that surrounds and effects our body for coherence which improves physical, mental and emotional health. Spiritually recipients often sense something greater than themselves at play and take that awareness with them going forward.

I write down intuitive guidance as it comes through and you can take it home along with photos of your card reading.
