The deep tissue massage utilizes slow, firm strokes and pressure to ease and release tension deep in the muscles. While some of the massage strokes may appear similar to that of a Swedish massage, this in fact involves slower and firmer strokes with deep finger pressure focusing on particular areas such as muscle fibres and tendons, which in turn helps to break down muscle knots or adhesions.

Firm Massage

A Swedish massage focuses on muscle relaxation, targeting superficial muscles and increasing the level of oxygen in the blood. It helps to improve circulation and flexibility while easing tension. This massage incorporates several specific techniques, including long, gliding strokes to help break up trigger points and rhythmic tapping with cupped hands to facilitate relaxation. These techniques combine to relax the entire body by warming up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up any knots.

Our Holistic facial is a specially designed facial that integrates skincare with facial massage and is tailored to tone, lift, and firm the facial muscles.

Profhilo® is a bio-remodelling product that works through the slow release of both high and low molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid. PROHFILO

Sometimes known as the Vampire Facial. PRP is a concentrated source of your own platelets, which contains numerous growth factors. These are harvested from your own blood in the clinic, and then reintroduced into your skin, resulting in collagen synthesis and skin rejuvenation. 

Perfect for clients wanting to target various skin concerns such as wrinkles, scars, dark circles, pores, sun damage, and hyperpigmentation. 

Prior to treatment a blood sample of 120 ml is extracted from you in collecting tubes. This blood is then placed in a centrifuge for up to 30 minutes. When centrifugation is complete your platelets and plasma will be separated from your blood cells.
The concentration of platelets remaining are 10 times that of normal blood. The proteins, growth factors, and other particles the platelets contain help the body’s self-healing process. These platelets are extracted and injected into your skin using a small needle.
