If you should need to rearrange you may do so once on the same booking fee and within 30 days of cancellation by giving us no less than 48 hour’s notice (excluding Sundays, Bank Holiday Monday and other National Holidays). Should you need to rearrange again a non-refundable booking fee will be lost and a new booking fee will be payable to secure new appointment. Cancellations are non-refundable. 
Full appointment charge will be applicable with less than 24 hour’s notice or "no show". If you are late by more than 20 minutes, we will not be able to continue with the appointment and the full price of the treatment will be due. Non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your appointment
