Facial cupping is much more than a beauty treatment. Not only does it relax facial tension and provide lymphatic drainage, but it also helps alleviate physical imbalances that manifest in the face.

Facial cupping, with roots in Eastern traditions and Native American cultures, uses small cups to create suction on the skin. This relaxing therapy can help to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation. 

From a health perspective, facial cupping can help alleviate muscle tension, release toxins, and stimulate lymphatic drainage, which may reduce puffiness and improve overall skin health. 

In the realm of beauty, facial cupping is embraced for its potential to tone facial muscles, minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and enhance the skin's radiance by boosting collagen production. While its origins lie in traditional practices, facial cupping has gained popularity in modern skincare routines as a holistic approach to both wellness and beauty.

We begin with some relaxation techniques which incorporate the scalp, neck, and shoulders. Then, your face is cleansed using a natural, plant derived cleanser and luxurious hot towels and facial oil is applied. During the treatment, I work intuitively to ascertain areas of tension in the face, neck, and shoulders. Then, depending on the needs of the client, I use a range of hot and cold stones to stimulate, lift, smooth, and sculpt the face, neck and decolletage. The treatment ends with another hot towel to remove any excess oil from the decolletage (and the face if required) and finally, the closing techniques including solar plexus breathing and grounding to bring you back down to Earth! 

Gua Sha Face Lift

This stress busting 30 minute treatment is tailored to relieve stress and tension. Soothing relaxation techniques ease you into a peaceful and comfortable state, followed by gentle pressure on the face which focuses on specific reflexes to release tension. The treatment concludes with more relaxation, leaving you feeling de-stressed and relaxed, and the body's systems calmed and balanced. Allow 30 minutes for your appointment (including a short consultation and feedback).

Facial Reflexology Stress Buster 

Enjoy 60 minutes of pure heaven for your mind, body and soul with a deeply relaxing yet restorative treatment. This facial reflexology experience has the ability to take you to a place of deep relaxation not always reached with other therapies. However, following treatment, you may feel energised, rejuvenated, and more alert. This treatment not only helps the body to re-balance and heal, but can also help with some underlying conditions of the face and head. Allow 60 minutes for your treatment (including consultation and feedback).
