- Late fee’s
I am so lucky I have clients who always show up on time to their appointments therefore I have never had to do this however, I am very lenient with my clients and allow a 10 minute interval for any disruption such as traffic or forgetting to go to the cash machine. Anything past 15 minutes I will be unable to continue with your appointment to the best care and standard which for my business I am not the type to rush and rush you out.
