Jaiye is Yoruba for "Enjoy Life" Our goal here at the Jaiye Centre is help you enjoy your life by enjoying the body you are in. Traditional Thai Massage is a combination of deep tissue presses and assisted yoga stretches. We focus on the Sen (energy) lines of the body - consisting of muscles, fascia, nerves, tendons/ligaments. Working through tight/blocked sen lines increases blood circulation and relieves pain; improves flexibility, athletic performance, and ability to perform daily activities; decreases risk of injuries, and promotes overall well being.
