Our services include pre- and post-operative care, prenatal and postpartum support, lactation guidance, and reproductive health care. We also offer emergency care advocacy, wellness planning, and more. 

With flexible in-person or virtual options—through text, email, or video—our team ensures you have the knowledge and guidance to confidently manage your healthcare journey.

Virtual Video Support

Includes 1 hour of in-person support and 1 hour of virtual support via text messaging or email with a board-certified RN, OR 2 hours of virtual support. 

Whether you're breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, we’ll help ensure smooth feeding practices. We’ll assist with techniques, address challenges, and answer your questions. You’ll also get advice on safe sleep and SIDS prevention. 

Video consultations available at an additional fee.

Lactation Support

Access additional support from your board-certified RN via text or email. 

Receive guidance, answers to your questions, and expert advice customized to your health needs. $100 per hour.

Virtual Text/Email Support

Our 'Non-Emergency Care Coordination' service is designed to provide support for non-urgent health concerns, such as ongoing condition management, wellness guidance, or appointment coordination. 

This service is virtual with support via text/email.

Postnatal Support

Includes 1 hour of in-person support and 1 hour of virtual support via text messaging or email with a board-certified RN, OR 2 hours of virtual support. 

You'll receive personalized guidance on pregnancy stages, planning for your baby’s arrival, and preparing for childbirth. We’ll answer all your questions, provide education, and be available for support via text or email.

Prenatal Support

As part of your reproductive health support visit, we offer a curated collection of the most-loved newborn essentials, hand-selected and approved by moms and women’s health experts. These items are thoughtfully chosen to support both your baby’s care and your journey into parenthood.

This add-on includes expert guidance during your scheduled service. A board-certified RN will demonstrate how to use these essentials effectively, providing hands-on support for sleep techniques, feeding practices, and newborn care, so you feel confident and ready.

This kit, paired with professional recommendations, is an indispensable resource for both first-time and seasoned parents, ensuring your baby’s well-being from day one.

Prepared Parents Essentials

The Prepared Parent Package offers personalized care and expert guidance through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. This hands-on support includes two in-home 90-minute visits from a Registered Nurse (RN) and the Prepared Parent Essentials Kit, a curated collection of items loved by moms and approved by our women’s health experts.

Your first visit, scheduled between 6-8 months of pregnancy, includes a demonstration of how to use the Essentials Kit, ensuring you're ready before your baby arrives. After birth, your RN will return for a second visit to assess breastfeeding latch, weigh your baby, and provide answers to your questions. You’ll also receive further guidance on using the kit to navigate the early days of parenting.

Additionally, the package includes 2 hours of text/email support with your RN for personalized advice throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

Prepared Parents Package

Reproductive Health Services

In times of urgent healthcare needs, our 'Emergency Care Coordination' service provides in-person advocacy and support when you need it most. Whether you or a loved one is in the ER or dealing with an urgent health situation, our experienced RN will be there to guide your care, ensure clear communication, and advocate on your behalf.

$200 per hour, 3-hour minimum

A dedicated TPN team member will be assigned to your case, offering expert care coordination during your emergency.

Emergency Care Coordination (In-Person)

After a hospital stay or emergency visit, proper follow-up care is vital. Our 'Post-Hospital/ED Care Coordination' service helps you manage your recovery, medications, and follow-up appointments through virtual text and email support. $350/month (2-month minimum commitment).

This service includes up to 4 hours of virtual support per month for the duration of the commitment.

Video consultations are available at an additional fee.

Post-Hospital/ED Care Coordination (Virtual)

When you or a loved one receives a new diagnosis, having expert guidance is essential. Our 'New Diagnosis Care Coordination' service offers virtual support via text and email to help you understand your diagnosis, connect with specialists, and coordinate your care. $350/month (2-month minimum commitment).

This service includes up to 4 hours of virtual support per month for the duration of the commitment.
