Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer based on Rutland Heights in Stamford. Offering Sports Massage treatments from my home treatment room that can be booked easily online. Mobile personal training sessions where I can bring equipment to your home in the Stamford area. Also offering gym based sessions from Active Performance Kings Cliffe. Additional hours are available and I do some weekends on request. 90 min sports massage treatments are available on request.
