Starting 8 January for 4 weeks. 5:45pm. HYROX combines both running and functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. Sessions last 50 minutes and take place indoors at my bespoke unit in Warwick and are up to a maximum of 4 people.
