The Vitamin B Complex Injection contains the following:

* Thiamin (Vitamin B1)
*Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)
*Niacin (Vitamin B3)
*Pantohenic Acid (Vitamin B5)
*Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 

The purpose of the B Complex Injection is to bring all of these 5 vitamins up to optimal levels - which is not generally easy to do or maintain through normal diet and supplements.
