I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Dionnise. I get massages often, but had never had an experience like this before. He incorporated breathwork exercises and had me shift into different positions so that he could access problem areas. At times it was painful, but I felt amazing afterwards! I released a lot of stored tension and pain.

This treatment focuses on reaching deeper layers of muscle and fascia. It is used for chronic aches and pain, as well as contracted muscles that might lead to limited freedom of movement. Also for injury prevention and recovery, and as part of a rehabilitation program.
Cupping might be used if needed. It is based on alternative medicine. We use silicone cups to create local suction on the skin, in order to help with muscle tension, inflammation, blood circulation, chronic pain etc.

Louiza offers wellbeing coaching, which is based on positive psychology and neuroplasticity (brain rewiring). Through her coaching she has been helping people train their brain to have a positive mindset, be energetic, reach their full potential and achieve their goals. As with her massages, her coaching style is also alternative and confronting. You and she first have an intake session together so you can see if we are a good match and if she can help you. If so, she then creates a personalised plan for you with practices you need to use in your daily life so that you can train the brain to learn new habits and increase wellbeing. Her approach involves more doing – less talking, she likes for her clients to be practical and get things done. * Please note: To see results you really need to be ready to commit to daily assignments (simple but still require devotion and discipline).
