Perfect as a treat, or for acne prone skin, dry skin or oily skin, this treatment can be tailored to you as i will hand make the scrub just for you with added essential oils to suit you.

Luxury scrub’s

Cupping therapy for those wanting detoxification of tissues along with fascia release for performance or increase mobility. Paired with an upper body lymph drainage massage to help flush the system of toxins.

Cupping

A type of Ancient Chinese Medicine use to help treat pain and health problems. Acupuncture uses very fine sterile needles that go into the skin to treat health problems along the meridian lines. This releases chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. These biochemical changes help to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities. They may promote physical and emotional well-being. All patients are required to have a consultation on their first appointment. 

Acupuncture 

Infrared light therapy (IRLT) can help assist the body with detoxification, pain relief, reduction of muscle tension, relaxation, improved circulation, weight loss, skin purification, lowered side effects of diabetes, boosting of the immune system and lowering of blood pressure. 
Optional add-on to any treatment. This is not a stand alone treatment.
Please note: the recommended duration for IRLT on 1 single area is between 10-20mins

Deep tissue and Sports Massage paired with stretch therapy aimed at horse riders to supple muscles and tendons to help become "one" with the equine athlete. Ideal for competitive/ frequent riders and/or those with troublesome horses occurring in falls or nocks. By looking after yourself your are able to look after you horse too. Also good for maintenance for those riders who feel stiff or tight
