Alikia demonstrated a fantastic knowledge which meant she was able assess my situation and make some recommendations for treatment. I left a little tender which was to be expected but within a couple of hours I was free of pain and the irritating tightness in my calf was gone. Alikia was able to give me some suggestions for continuing my recovery and how to gauge when to come back for follow up.

Add on a luxury salt and sugar polish back scrub with hot towels to end your massage with super soft glowy skin. Perfect as a treat, or for acne prone skin, dry skin or oily skin, this treatment can be tailored to you as i will hand make the scrub just for you with added essential oils to suit you.

Luxury scrub’s

Cupping therapy for those wanting detoxification of tissues along with fascia release for performance or increase mobility. Paired with an upper body lymph drainage massage to help flush the system of toxins.

Cupping

A type of Ancient Chinese Medicine use to help treat pain and health problems. Acupuncture uses very fine sterile needles that go into the skin to treat health problems along the meridian lines. This releases chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. These biochemical changes help to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities. They may promote physical and emotional well-being. All patients are required to have a consultation on their first appointment. 

Acupuncture 

Infrared light therapy (IRLT) can help assist the body with detoxification, pain relief, reduction of muscle tension, relaxation, improved circulation, weight loss, skin purification, lowered side effects of diabetes, boosting of the immune system and lowering of blood pressure. 
Optional add-on to any treatment. This is not a stand alone treatment.
Please note: the recommended duration for IRLT on 1 single area is between 10-20mins
