Amazing experience!
I had been struggling with a persistent backache for quite some time, mainly due to poor posture and sitting at a computer too much. Sophia quickly identified the root cause and provided a treatment that left me feeling great. For the first time in a long while, I stood tall with much better posture and significantly less discomfort. I’m genuinely looking forward to my next treatment and maintaining this newfound posture!

As part of working towards my level 4 qualification in sports massage I need to perform practice hours. 

I will perform a postural assessment, range of movement tests and practice some level 4 techniques.

This can be purchased at a reduced rate of £10 for a stand alone treatment or added to any full price Sports Massage treatment for ONLY £1 for the extra 30mins.

If added to an addition treatment it will extend your treatment time by 30 minutes.

A full body postnatal massage to help alleviate any aches and pains following pregnancy and childbirth. 

As a mother of two myself I can completely empathise with the strain pregnancy and childbirth puts on our bodies. 

I can adapt the pressure to suit your needs and comfort levels and I can also provide a side lying position massage to suit breastfeeding mothers, recent c-section surgery or even if you’d just rather not lie on your stomach soon after giving birth. 

I also know how difficult it can be to leave your baby soon after birth or even to find childcare so I would like to offer this as a mobile service where I can bring my portable massage table and provide your treatment in the comfort of your own home with baby nearby.
