I recently visited Aura Head Spa and had an incredible experience! She was professional, attentive, and really made sure I felt relaxed and pampered throughout my entire treatment. The staff was friendly & welcoming, making the whole experience feel special. At Aura Head Spa, we are dedicated to providing each client with a seamless, relaxing experience. For clients with straight, curly,  tightly coiled hair, or tangled/knots hair, We understand that detangling can sometimes require additional care. A light detangling session of up to 3-4 minutes is included in all experiences. However, if more time is required, we will proceed with the experience as planned, which may mean leaving hair partially tangled to maintain the flow of your visit.

For the best results, we recommend that clients arrive with fully detangled hair or book our Extra Detangling service in advance. Please note that if hair is severely matted or unmanageable, we may need to stop the experience, which will be charged in full.
