I arrived 9 minutes late as there was an accident and I was struck for 30 minutes. I just had a baby, this was the only time I could have come . Keeping the fact in mind it’s 200$ experience the spa should be accommodating too, there should be a helper for such kind of incidents,where 5-10 minutes they can take over and satisfy customers. The thing I wanted the most high frequency they didn’t do itIs there no responsibility on them to accommodate us, why so ruthless and blunt. I also purchased 2 vouchers for my friends earlier they haven’t used yet but I am worried about their experience now. 

It was a wonderful and relaxing session! Nicole was very attentive and checked in with me throughout the massage. I feel relaxed and refreshed! 

This was such a wonderful experience. My massage therapist was fantastic and I can not wait to go back

Enhancements

At Aura Head Spa, we are dedicated to providing each client with a seamless, relaxing experience. For clients with straight, curly,  tightly coiled hair, or tangled/knots hair, We understand that detangling can sometimes require additional care. A light detangling session of up to 3-4 minutes is included in all experiences. However, if more time is required, we will proceed with the experience as planned, which may mean leaving hair partially tangled to maintain the flow of your visit.

For the best results, we recommend that clients arrive with fully detangled hair or book our Extra Detangling service in advance. Please note that if hair is severely matted or unmanageable, we may need to stop the experience, which will be charged in full.
