Lovely experience, really enjoyed all the different techniques used. Very friendly and relaxing. Would have been nice to tell me about my scalp before and after treatment as I know other companies do this. Wouldn't pay £10 for the blow dry. 

Dao was incredibly welcoming, kind and put me right at ease as soon as she opened the door. I had the Harmony treatment and it is worth every single penny. I came away feeling so pampered and relaxed! Massages, facial and hair treatments, what more could you ask for! Such a fab experience, would highly recommend!

The head spa treatment was a lovely indulgence, but there are reasons I wouldn’t recommend it. While the brushing felt harsh at times, the overall experience was enjoyable. However, leaving with wet hair in the cold UK winter felt like a significant oversight—access to a hairdryer should be part of a standard package. The products also left my hair feeling dry, far from the nourishing result I expected. Walking out into the cold caused a lingering two-day headache, spoiling what should have been a relaxing Christmas treat. The experience had potential but ultimately fell short. Lovely staff.

I left earth and went temporarily to heaven and back to a relaxed peaceful earth again.
