A $30 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment; otherwise, it will be canceled. Deposits can be made via FCIBC online banking or cash. New clients must contact us to confirm their deposit method. If the deposit was made via online banking, please send a screenshot of the payment confirmation via WhatsApp for our records once the transaction is completed.

Book all desired services in advance, as unbooked services will not be provided. 

Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 fee applies. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled unless multiple services were booked, in which case you'll need to choose one (e.g., nails or toes). Lateness over 30 minutes will result in the cancellation of all services.

No extras, eating, or phone use (while polishing) is allowed. Thank you for your understanding!
