Amazing experience. Miranda did a great job for me having hydra facial and massage. I look like a different person after the treatment. I will share my photos later. I will definitely come back. In fact I already schedule my next visit. It is my routine now. Highly recommended.

Couples Full Body Massage 

Aromatherapy massage is the type of therapeutic massage that uses essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils) that mix with a carrier oil for safe use on the skin. 

Its main focus is to treat specific medical conditions and muscle pains. (Ex: Sweet Orange and Lavender helps reduce the symptoms of a headaches and migraines)

During an aromatherapy massage, two method of administrations can be chosen: inhalation of aroma through diffusers or direct skin absorption through a essential oil and carrier oil cocktail.

Aromatherapy Massage 

Hot stone is a special massage that uses smooth, flat, heated basalt stones that are positioned along your spine, in the palms of your hands, along your legs and between the toes. 

Typically from river beds, basalt stones are used for massage as they have a rich iron content that retains heat.

Heat exerted from the stones improve blood circulation throughout the body to help relieve achy muscles and digestion 

Hot Stone Massage

Sports massage is manual manipulation of the muscles geared specifically toward helping people who have physically demanding lifestyles and/or hobbies. 

This kind of therapeutic massage considers the impact of certain activities on specific joints, muscle groups, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue groups. The masseuse will also focus on stretching to help release muscle tension 

Sports Massage

Traditional Chinese massage, also known as Tui Na, is an ancient practice from 5,000 years ago that aims to release the flow of qi (energy) around the body through acupressure. 

Your masseuse applies hand and manipulation techniques through a combination of kneading and deep pressure application using their finger tips, knuckles, and elbows to target acupuncture points throughout the body.

Cupping is a ancient healing method where the masseuse uses glass cups to create a vacuum on the skin to help ease pain and release toxins within the body.

*Cupping will leave what looks like bruises but are actually marks from the expanded blood vessels that redden through the skin.

Cupping is NOT recommended for people with liver, kidney or heart failure or those with a pacemaker.
