Advanced massage techniques and stretches are used to ease away the stresses and strains caused by daily life. Muscle tensions in the upper back, neck and shoulders will be eased.  Head, neck and shoulder massages stimulate the nervous system, increasing blood flow to the head and easing stress through the release of endorphins, which in turn, help in relieving pain and relaxing the muscles which can be a big contributor to headaches.

The sessions take a 4 way approach to help manage and aliviate the symptoms of menopause such as hot flushes, anxiety, insomnia buy using massage, acupressure and aromatherapy. 

There are some activities to be completed in your own time to also help in-between your treatment sessions. 

The price is for 6 sessions as this is the minimum required to get the best results from the treatment.  This package offers the 6th treatment for free.
