Advanced massage techniques and stretches are used to ease away the stresses and strains caused by daily life. Muscle tensions in the upper back, neck and shoulders will be eased.  Head, neck and shoulder massages stimulate the nervous system, increasing blood flow to the head and easing stress through the release of endorphins, which in turn, help in relieving pain and relaxing the muscles which can be a big contributor to headaches.

This indulgent treatment begins with our welcoming foot ritual. A refreshing and revitalising minty foot cleanse and scrub. You are then enveloped in warm blankets on one of our heated beds in our relaxing new treatment rooms. A full back massage with our natural organic cold pressed detox mint oil to work out any aches and pains and relieve those tension areas. To complete you are then treated to a cleansing and skin brightening facial, to have you leaving the salon glowing and feeling like you have been pampered from top to toe.

This sumptuous treatments begins with our welcoming foot ritual, you are then wrapped in soft towels on our heated beds. The back is then cleansed and toned and a chocolate body scrub is applied and worked all over the back, removing any impurities, polishing the skin and promoting cell regeneration. The sessions take a 4 way approach to help manage and aliviate the symptoms of menopause such as hot flushes, anxiety, insomnia buy using massage, acupressure and aromatherapy. 

There are some activities to be completed in your own time to also help in-between your treatment sessions. 

The price is for 6 sessions as this is the minimum required to get the best results from the treatment.  This package offers the 6th treatment for free.
