Small studio in the Mosel area to guide you in your yoga practice. Any ages and levels are welcome. Being a long period practitioner of this type of yoga and having a deep belief in it, I decided to become a certified Iyengar yoga teacher (which takes approximately 3 years). In this path of apprenticeship, I give some classes at my place. You need to bring to a mat and wear a t-shirt with a short/legging.
