It’s all about you so any time booked for massage will be based on your individual needs.  Each massage will be client centred and tailored to you! following a quick discussion regarding what you want to gain from your massage I will ensure these needs are met. You may have never received a massage before or just not sure what the best method is to treat you should it be an injury or tension related or both.  Techniques such as Swedish, relaxing, deep tissue, aromatherapy & hot stones will all be an option at the time of your visit to ensure all areas are covered even your scalp can be included as part of your time. I always give at least 15/30 mins in between each client to ensure you get your full treatment time however that does depend if you arrive on time for your appointment. I can incorporate some Aromatherapy oils to suit your requirements if you like this can help for things like stress release, hormonal, tension, something more uplifting or if you just enjoy the amazing smells. This massage is ideal for those who prefer more of a medium to light pressure and just wanting to chill the mind and body.  

Areas that can be covered are back, legs, feet, hand & arms, neck, head.  The abdomen can be treated for female clients only to help with symptoms of PMT and general bloating.
