A unique form of sound medicine allowing individuals to glean powerful insights through the wisdom of their own body. 
Participants begin lying down on a mat fully clothed. The facilitator uses a combination of touch & sound combined with other gentle trigger mechanisms to adjust vibrational patterns and assist the participant to enter a heightened state of awareness and engage in their own personal healing journey.
