*No coffee/*No alcohol/ *pre-workout supplements within 24 hours of the appointment - No tea, No coffee *No Vitamins / Minerals *No Advil / (blood thinner medications) within 24 hours of the appointment - avoid thyroid medications if possible, you can not get Botox and filler 1 month Before and After your treatment *If you get chemical peeling please let me know, If you have any metal allergies please let me know
*Arrive with no make-up products on the soon-to-be treated area *If you get your period, please call in/text to reschedule; you can do your treatment after the 3rd day of your period For Note: in the post care process,
