I recommend at least 90 minutes for a truly satisfying full-body massage. An hour often doesn’t allow enough time to do justice to the entire body. Many of my clients prefer regular 90-minute massages, and some even indulge in a two-hour massage and relaxation experience. However, if you only have an hour to spare, I will ensure that it is one of the most exceptional hours of your life.

2) Session Length

I typically provide massages with medium to firm pressure. If you prefer gentle and soft pressure massages only, my style may not be the best fit for you.
