The Reiki practice acts in particular where there are deficiencies and imbalances, on the physical level in case of illness, on the mental, emotional and evolutionary level of the treated person. It is carried out by the laying on of specific energy points of the body: it can be local (in case of problems on specific area) or mental (in case of stress, anxiety and overthinking). The quick treatment is carried out by the laying on of specific energy points of the body: the 7 main chakra. The longer appointment focus also on the mind, unplugging it from the worries and bringing peace and calm. It is usually followed by a follow up on the treatment received. It is suggested in case of emotional, energetic or physical imbalances and problems like stress, anxiety, panic attack, fatigue, pain, insomnia, support for oncology patients. 

Reiki therapy 

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy designed to bring the body into balance, and encourage the body to heal itself. Massage is combined with gentle pressure applied to various reflex points on the feet – these points mirror/reflect the organs and structures of the body, and the person’s emotional health. A relaxing approach to treating mental and physical imbalances.

The therapy session is based on Dr. Lowen bioenergetics principles and the idea that our body records all our memories, traumatic experiences, emotions connected. By working on the body and energy meridians with this special massage, the person is conducted through an introspective journey and can release tensions, energetic blocks and suppressed emotions.  The treatment is composed of gentle, deep and effective techniques, useful for getting to know ourselves, rediscovering our vital energy, achieving and maintaining a good overall balance and an optimal level of health. It is particularly suggested in cases of insomnia, stress, anxiety, fibromyalgia, emotional blocks, trauma.
Please note that this is the full body relaxing massage, there is no talking therapy in this session.

Bioenergetic relaxing full body massage (female only)

The womb is the most important centre of female organs, energy and power, and the treatment works gently on this special area. The womb massage works alongside your menstrual cycle to help to balance hormones, encourage ovulation, improve the blood and energy flow. It can also be suggested to help regulate them, if you have PCOS or endometriosis. You can choose to combine it with reflexology points to support fertility or womb healing.
The Womb Healing – female energy balancing is designed to counteract the effects of modern life by:
-replenishing depleted archetypal energy centres so we feel whole and comfortable with all aspects of our self,
- by helping to harmonise the flow from one archetype/phase to the next so we flow gracefully through the changes of our cyclic nature,

Your treatment consists of a consultation, deep relaxation, Angelic Energy Therapy plus an angel card pick up at the end to provide you with guidance and an opportunity for self-selection.  The treatment is usually 60 minutes.
