Cancer massage or oncology massage is very specialised. It is completely different from traditional forms of massage. Oncology massage uses light touch and slow, steady movements, working with the central nervous system to help the body relax. Lymphatic drainage movements are used to help clear and detoxify the body. 

Hold and breathing techniques are performed during the treatment as a form of meditation to help the client connect on an energy level with the therapist. 

There is a head massage included in the 90m (You can advise the therapist if you do not wish to involve the head) .

Cancer care massage/Ocnology massage 

Using a natural and relaxing salt and oil scrub a full back and back of the arm exfoliation will be performed; leaving the skin smooth and moisturised and free of dead skin cells. 

Back Scrub 

Maternity massage is used specifically for pregnant women to support their physiologic, structural and emotional well-being. Maternity massage can help to reduce or relieve the pains and aches during pregnancy. It can also be useful to ease discomfort during pregnancy, when some medicines and other treatments are not safe to use. 

Using a nourishing oil a relaxing massage will be performed using  light to medium pressure to relax the body and mind. 

Please note, there is a head massage included on the 90m treatment and this treatment is only available for pregnant women over 12 weeks ONLY.

A relaxing energy treatment that involves the application of pressure to reflex points on the feet to help you feel less stressed, rebalance the body and reenergise the body. Reflexology stimulates the internal and whole body through the nervous system and has many health benefits such as boost circulation, induce a deep state of relaxation, eliminate toxins, stimulate the central nervous system, prevent migraines, clean up urinary tract conditions, speed-up recovery after injury or surgery, help relieve sleep disorders, reduce depression, and relieve pain. Furthermore, it can help ease the treatment of various types of cancer and even helps to soothe the pains of pregnancy. 

Reflexology is an alternative treatment for a wide variety of conditions, as mentioned above, and has been in use for thousands of years. The ancient Chinese and Egyptians have documented practices similar to reflexology as a treatment for certain afflictions.
