Your appointment is reserved for 15 minutes to allow you time to prepare for your session. During this time, we provide socks, boots, and gloves, and recommend wearing minimal clothing—less is better for the best experience. For women, a sports bra and shorts are ideal, while men can wear shorts, but feel free to dress in whatever is most comfortable for you.

Please avoid shaving within 24 hours of your appointment, and be sure to remove all jewelry from the neck down before your session. For optimal results, your skin should be dry—don’t apply lotion beforehand, and avoid moisture or sweat post-workout.

Sessions last 1-3 minutes at 3 levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. You can work up to level 3, which lasts 3 minutes at temperatures between -184°F and -200°F. This helps reduce inflammation, boost endorphins, and speed up recovery.

Once everything is ready, the boots will gradually inflate, starting at your ankles and working their way up your legs. You can relax during your session, whether you choose to read, check your phone, or simply unwind. The compression therapy helps improve circulation, speeding up recovery, enhancing flexibility, and supporting the removal of waste products like lactic acid.

We kindly request that all clients confirm their appointments online and submit a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future booking if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice from the time of reservation. 

Please note that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it is important to do so with at least 24-hour notice to avoid any charges.

Cancellations, rescheduling or no-shows within 24 hours from the the time of reservation will forfeit the deposit and the remaining balance of the booked appointment.
