Kinesiology connects with your subconscious mind to pinpoint exactly what YOUR body requires in order to release and heal any beliefs, emotions or experiences that are not allowing you to thrive at an optimum level. I provide a calm and nurturing space where we will identify the root cause behind yours, or your child’s stress/emotion/sleep issue/behaviour/(insert issue here) and release the energetic blockage in order to heal.

15 minute Discovery Call

When we are out of alignment with our highest self, issues start to present in our physical, mental and emotional bodies. These can be any number of issues. Kinesiology is a fantastic tool to calm your nervous system, identify and release trapped emotions, pain and trauma, and bring you back into alignment with your highest self, the person you are at you most happy and healthy!

Kinesiology Session

Giving a voice to the underlying cause of your child’s behaviour/anxiety/sleep/learning issues, quite often what we see is only a symptom of what’s really going on for them mentally, emotionally and physically.  Suitable for newborns right up to 12yr olds. Initial consultations go for approx 45-60 mins depending on your child’s needs. 

Kinesiology Session- child under 12 

Once your children have had an initial consultation, a combined session for two children is a way to make their kinesiology sessions more cost effective. Each child will get a 45 min session, whilst the other waits in the room with you. Ipads, toys, books, snacks etc are always welcome to help make the waiting time go faster. 

Sibling Appointment

Our children mirror our behaviour. If we are relaxed, they are relaxed. If we are stressed/anxious/irritable, so are our children. Gain a better understanding of how and why your child is reacting to your behaviour (and vice versa). 
In a 60 - 90 min session, we will balance both you and your child's physical/emotional stress, so that both of you are calm, grounded and no longer triggering one another's behaviour. Create a balanced, calm household by realigning your nervous systems.
Suitable for children of any age. Snacks/toys/devices welcome.

Parent and Child Session

Distant clearings are great for people who are feeling out of sorts. They can also be done on homes or offices, if the energy there is feeling a bit stale or hostile, and can even be done on your pet if they’re behaviour is out of character!

Distant Energy/Space clearing

If you can start to see your child's behaviour as a reflection of their nervous system, or the challenges they're facing, then it's easier to take your own emotion out of it and find ways to support behaviour change and nervous system regulation.

I am offering 30 minute zoom sessions for parents of NDIS particpants, as a means for you to add more tools to your toolbox when it comes to navigating the parenting challenges you're facing, or to better support your child in between appointments.

Maybe they're currently seeing other practitioners, and rather than overload them, you can undertake some coaching/training to help support them at home, so that they can better process and integrate what they're currently learning elsewhere.

In these 30 minute sessions, you can bring one goal you'd like to work on with your child, and I will teach you Kinesiology based methods that you can implement at home.
