Much like a deep tissue massage for the face, the internal muscles of the jaw are massaged using sterile gloves inside the mouth alongside a full massage of the face, neck chest and shoulders. Warm oil massage of the back and arms to ease local pain, tension and discomfort as well as tone and stimulate the organs.

Back Massage

Warm herbal oil massage focussing on energy points throughout the body. Each point is detoxified and nourished to move stagnant energy and blockages. A totally revitalising and classic Ayurvedic treatment.

Marma Point Massage

A full body massage using a herbal powder in addition to warm oil. This treatment promotes the release of congestive states, stagnancy and is energising.

Herbal Scrub Massage (Udvartana)

A combination of the popular Head Massage and Back Massage to help with tension release, relaxation and localised pain using herbal oil.

The treatment starts seated to address the head, neck and upper back then on the couch to finish with a relaxing back massage. 

Head, Neck & Back Massage

Hot oil massage done using herb and spice filled muslin poultices all over the body. This treatment is really supportive for all conditions affecting bones, muscles and nerves. 

Hot Bolus Massage (Pinda Sveda)

An internally administered treatment using a warm herbal decoction in water or medicated oil to directly affect the colon. This is much gentler than using any complex equipment and no down time. 

This treatment is recommended as a series of THREE, once a week. This can form part of a bigger Ayurvedic therapy plan or can support you during times of digestive trouble, illness and more. 

You will be required to prepare for the treatment through your food if not already on a treatment plan. 

Herbal Enema

Not your average massage! This treatment uses warm oil to  massage feet and lower legs and supporting the release of heat and inflammatory states of the body whilst aiding relaxation.

Foot Massage 

Much like the Basti treatments it consists of a dough ring applied directly around the eye area and filled with warm ghee or oil. You will be required to open and close the eyes during this time.

This supports all eye conditions, nervous system related conditions, excess heat in the body or inflammation and is also supportive in ageing of the skin around the eyes.


Eye Treatment

Starting and ending with a short face massage, warm oil is filled into each ear alternately with a marma massage each side. If you're feeling ungrounded, this may be the one for you. 

This supports several nervous system conditions, facial palsy, IBS, reproductive irregularities and recurrent ear infections.

Ear Treatment

A classic Ayurvedic treatment. Herbal oil is administered into the nose through drops. The treatment starts and finishes with a face massage and gentle steam of the skin with hot towels. 

This is particularly supportive for those with recurring congestion of the sinuses, improves overall health through the nervous system and releases tension in the head and face.

Ayurvedic consultations are very different to what you might expect. I take the time asking questions and recording all aspects of your life including childhood, medical conditions, work life, home life and so much more. 

Part of consultation there is a pulse and tongue diagnosis that helps to further assess your health in that moment as well as what your inherent bodily makeup is plus any imbalances.

After this time, I create a tailored plan for your lifestyle and needs including recommendations for herbs, foods and therapies.** We then follow up after 4 weeks with a Follow up consultation booked separately.

This option is only if you've already had your first consultation and are due a follow up (roughly after 4 weeks).

I record any changes and tweak your plan to move forward. This incremental way of working is more aligned with the mind and body instead of drastic changes.

Follow Up Consultation

Ayurvedic Treatment is a journey and takes more than one consultation to bring you to your best health. Setting the foundations is a crucial part to get the best for yourself and from Ayurvedic treatment.

This package will cover 3 months and includes:
• x1 2hr Discovery Consultation (With Pulse & tongue diagnosis)
• x2 45min Follow ups (Approx 4 weeks apart)
• Personalised Treatment plan that covers; Nutrition, lifestyle, routine, therapies and herb recommendations
• x1 Herbal package of 2 recommended herbs to start
