The treatment starts before you enter the room, by getting you to think about how you want to feel! Using positive words: Free; Loose; Light; Grounded; Connected; Whole, the words have to be yours.  
If I feel it will benefit you I'll have made an Aromatherapy blend while you're talking. Music will have been chosen to suit your mood or the style of massage you need. As the work begins I will be 'listening' to your tissues and will work accordingly, moving around your body as it speaks. A treatment plan that meets your needs and generates results. I can help you fill in a consultation form that you will find on my website and book you in for a treatment/training session. The government has asked us to cut down on contact time to help prevent the spread of infections, this meets that criteria. It also frees up more time during your treatment plus time for feedback post-treatment.

Online Consultation New Clients

Aromatherapy! Used for 1000s of years, essential oils are extracted from the plants, and then we use them for their healing properties. I make a blend of 3 oils specifically for you mixed in with a carrier oil i.e. coconut oil. The treatment consists of a full body massage using neuromuscular techniques to aid the absorption of the oils. Your treatment starts when you walk into the room. Once the blends made I will get you to smell it. “If you like it” then it's right for you! Once you're comfortable and settled on the couch lying face down. I will spend time loosening the hips, spine and neck, also using neuromuscular techniques to increase the absorption rate of the oils, the flow of energy, blood, lymph & nerves which will support the body to maintain optimal health. The bloodstream absorbs the oils via the skin and carries them around the body to where they are needed.

Aromatherapy

Bio Detox. A non-invasive treatment that supports the bodies natural function of excreting waste from the cells (known as Detoxing).

How it works: Our feet have up to 250,000 sweat glands that make about a cup of sweat every day. There are toxins in this sweat that the body's excreted.  The Ray runs for a 30-min cycle, it is an Energising Cartridge that creates an alternating flow of positive and negative electrons creating a bioenergetic field.  All the chemicals in our bodies carry either a positive or negative charge, when the ray is emitting a positive charge, positive chemicals are released from the cells and pulled out into the foot spa. Negative chemicals are pulled out when the ray alternates its charge. 
What Happens During a Treatment: The treatment consists of your feet being placed in a foot spa of hot water (36 - 38˚C) with the Bio Detox Ray, for 30 mins. Finishing with a mini pedicure. 

Bio Detox

The Colon Massage: Is primarily designed to support the colon in its function of digestion and excretion
The effects of this massage are best if you have 3-5 consecutive treatments, over the period of 1 week.  It helps where the Colon has become sluggish and needs stimulating for optimal function to return.  Working to increase: peristalsis, lymph, circulation and blood flow within the abdominal area.
The Colon is one of our main Detox organs aiding the excretion and removal of waste from the body, a build up of waste in the intestines leads to illness, intestines kept clear lead to a healthier body.
The Treatment: Consists of an abdominal massage using the No Hands Massage Techniques®.  The abdominal muscles are encouraged to soften allowing for a gentle but deep massage to the colon to be performed.

This special treatment's a triple whammy for you to enjoy and to blow you away. It includes an ultimate back and abdominal massage plus a Reflexology treatment. This treatment could help you greatly, also known as Coneing or Hot Auricular Treatment. It's a soothing and nurturing treatment. A unique way to introduce essential oils and healing beeswax properties into the body. The warmth from the candle causes the ear's capillaries to dilate aiding the healing properties to be absorbed. It softens hard wax in the ear canal making it easier to be removed. The noise and movement of the flame has a soothing, calming effect on the brain.
Once you're settled and comfortable on your side, the candle is placed into the outer ear canal, the therapist's hands supporting and holding the candle.  The candle takes 10 - 30 minutes to burn.  Treatment completed with a lymphatic drainage massage to the face and neck.

Ear Candling

In all our Facials only natural, replenishable products are used.  Choose one of these masks Calamine, Fullers Earth, Kaolin, Magnesium Sulphate, oatmeal, Seaweed.
Luxury Facials have 7 stages
1. Skin analysis - determines your skin type, problems & best mask/product to use.
2. Cleanse-1st cleanse removes everyday dirt from the surface of the skin, pollution etc. 2nd cleanse cleans the skin of dead skin cells and old oil from the pores.

Facial Luxury 

Increase your health, wealth and happiness with this ancient treatment. Its roots date back over 4,000 years. It is a non-invasive treatment, carried out mainly on the feet, hands, or ears. The whole body and the organs are mapped onto the feet, hands and ears, which means the therapist can feel where there are imbalances in your organs, using these findings, a treatment plan can be arranged.
A course of 6 consecutive treatments is highly recommended. It takes 3 weekly treatments usually before you start to feel and recognise changes in chronic conditions. Reduced to once a month to help maintain the optimum functioning of the organs.
The feet are worked mainly because it yields better results than working the hands, it is not as intrusive, and you're more at ease.  Post treatment you will be taught what reflexes to work on your hands to enhance the effects of your treatments.

Reflexology

Reiki a Natural system of healing using Universal Energy, Life Force, or chi.  
The therapist holds space for you, allowing the energy to come in; help direct it to where it's needed; so that you can calm & find your own energy to heal yourself.
Developed and founded by Dr Mikao Usui from Japan, he believed that everyone should be attuned to Reiki to provide the people with the ability to achieve connection with the Universal Life Force energy that would help them in their self-development. 
It is recorded that he attuned >2000 people. Opening his first school/clinic in Harajuku Tokyo in April 1922. 
Later when students became Reiki Masters themselves Reiki spread throughout the world.
It's a non-invasive treatment and can be performed with the client laying down or seated.  It's like being plugged into a battery charger and having your battery recharged.

The Treatment includes:
Starting with the back of the legs.  A Fullers earth, Oatmeal, or seaweed scrub will be applied and left in situ for approximately 10 to 15 minutes before it washed off and whilst another part of the body is being scrubbed.
You will be turned over and the process repeated on the front.

Body Scrub

In the ultimate massage experience stones are used to help enhance other treatments. The use of the stones compliments Aromatherapy, Massage and Reflexology, the heat of the stones brings the blood to the surface of the skin making absorption of oils easier. Muscles, tendons and ligaments soften and release under the gentle persuasion of the heat and weight of the stones.  The body naturally starts to release toxins for excretion.
Tumbled Basalt rocks are heated, sometimes I use solid crystals like quartz to replace the basalt stones, enhancing the effects by bringing their vibrational energy to the treatment. If cold's required marble stones that have been refrigerated are used.

Hot Stones

How does it work?  Each vertebrae of our spine resonate to colour, and the spine can be divided up into sections, vertebrae 1-4 magenta | 5-8 violet | 9 -12  blue | 13-16 turquoise | 17-20 Green | 21-24 yellow | 25-28 Orange | 29-32 Red.  The vertebrae that have activated indicates a colour you are lacking in your body.
Pre- Treatment: A spine chart needs to be completed before treatment for analysing to determine the colours that you need to balance your body. If possible download the chart from my website so that I can do this before you arrive. 
Treatment: you will be given a full reflexology treatment followed by a colour therapy treatment using a crystal wand to energise the reflexes with the appropriate colours. Brining balance back into the body.

Nails cut, shaped and filed; Glycerine applied to cuticle to soften it; Finger nails soaked; Cuticles gently eased back to improve blood supply to the nail bed; Nails buffed; Nails creamed & moisturise
Everyday; Full lower arm and hand massage performed
Luxury Hot wax or oil applied, arms wrapped in cling film for 10-20mins, followed by a massage.

Manicures (Do not do Gel nails)

Hands and Feet

We use the Clean and Easy Waxing System, this is ideal for the therapist on the move the wax is in a sealed container which means it cannot spill when hot. There are several sizes of heads for different parts of the body! Different waxes that we can choose from, for different skin types. We will have one that suites your skin type.  
The procedure
1 The area of your skin to be waxed will be prepped by being wiped with skin prep
2 The skin will be dried and the wax applied according to the direction the hairs are growing.  Small areas will be waxed to reduce pain and more accurate application of the wax.
3 After wax will be applied, this will cool the skin reduce inflammation and risk of infection  
It is advisable to have this treatment every 4 - 6 weeks as it is easier to remove the hairs and less painful as the hairs are weaker and over time can stop growing.  Old, dead dry skin cells are removed with the hair giving the skin a healthier look.

Waxing - Face 

•Do you suffer from dry skin on the tops of your arms or legs?
•Do your knees (house maids knees) and elbows look old before their time?
•Do you want you skin to look shiny and healthy?
•Dead, old and dry skin cells are removed at the same time as the hairs giving your skin a fresh healthy glow
•½ leg (lower)leg - includes back and front of leg, knees and toes
•Book your appointment 24 - 28º before your special occasion so that the skin has time to cool down and look great.
•Moisturise the skin daily between visits to keep a healthier glow and use a scrub every 2 weeks between too.
•You may want to repeat these treatments every 4 - 6 weeks, this will make removal of the hairs easier and reduce the strength and amount of hair growth over time.

Waxing - Arms and Legs

Want to show off your tattoos? Going on holiday and want to look great on the beach? To have the torso waxed may be what you are looking for 
1 Back wax includes the back, neck, top of the arms and top of the buttock to the trousers line
2 Chest and abdomen includes the neck, chest and abdomen only down to the anterior superior iliac spine 
3 Full torso includes the front and back of the torso as described above
If you have this treatment regular every 4 - 6 weeks the hairs weaken and become easier to remove.  Also over time the amount of hair can lessen as less hairs grow back.

'Reiki is a Natural system of healing using Universal Energy ‘Life Force’.  It is where the therapist holds the space for you, allowing the energy to come in and help direct it to where its needed; so that you can calm and find your own energy to heal yourself.'
Developed and founded by Dr Mikao Usui from Japan.  Sensei Usui believed that everyone should be attuned to Reiki to provide the people with the ability to achieve connection with the Universal Life Force energy that would help them in their self-development. 
Sensei Usui's would teach everyone he met Reiki, it is recorded that he attuned  >2000 people.  In April 1922 he opened his first school/clinic in Harajuku Tokyo. When he set up his healing centre at first everyone was treated the same student and client alike, some came for healing and others for spiritual tea
