We require all new customers to provide a one time deposit of $40, which will be credited to your treatment costs.
This deposit will be non-refundable in the event you do not attend your appointment or if you cancel less than 12 hours before you scheduled appointment time.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment.
