But what does that mean? Here is some options…
1. Almost bare. If being partially dressed feels comfortable to you, then this is the good option. Your therapist will work over or around whatever you wear.
2. Leave it all covered. It is possible to receive a massage fully clothed, but you may miss out on the thoroughness that comes when your therapist addresses the whole muscle and you run the risk of getting massage oils on your clothes. 
3. No clothes. If it’s important to you for your therapist to be able to massage you with long, uninterrupted strokes, then this may be best option for you. If you opt for no clothing, your massage therapist is required to leave your private areas covered by the sheets for the duration of your session. The goal for your massage is your wellness, comfort, and satisfaction.
Your level of dress is your choice. Communication is key.
