Fantastic wellness treatments. Purchased the fire and ice. I felt completely relaxed after my treatment. I decided to purchase a monthly membership and to make it part of my health routine once a week. The woman working at the desk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable and had plenty of towels in the fire and ice room. After my treatment I was able to use the massage chair for free as a benefit to my membership. I can’t wait to return.

The room was cold there was no heat- only two of the beach chairs  had a heating pad- 
Distracting with text noises that were wired to our room- then a vibration alarm continued to go on. 
Also not a salt “room” where the walls painted plastic rocks.

Cute little spot with a various assortment of relaxation therapies to choose from. My bf enjoyed the slimming steam pod and red light therapy. Helped to ease his sore back muscles he had been dealing with. Staff very sweet and accommodating to their guests. Thank you!

Once your sauna session is complete take a 3-4 minute dip in our cold plunge tub!  Hot to cold therapies are excellent sore muscles, joints and circulation issues.  Take the plunge with us!

LED light therapy is noninvasive, so no recovery time is required.  Procedures take 20 minutes at a time. You should get treated once a week for up to 10 weeks, then maintain once every few months.
