So sorry to hear this please accept our apologies , the team at Mosh aim to make  everyone's experience a holistic one. It seems the interaction (chit chat ) with the stylist was a level which offended you. The stylist has tried to call, to personally give you her sincere apologies, but unfortunately was unable to get hold of you and has therefore left a voice mail expressing her apology. Obviously this negative feedback is disappointing for all at Mosh , the stylist had no idea this made you feel uncomfortable , and felt that you left the salon feeling happy with your salon experience. 


To be honest 
The hairdressers general chit chat needs to refined. I’ve never been asked how old my kids are, why such a big age gap, am I crazy, what happened there and do they have the same fathers !?!?
