Hot Stones Massage

 It is a blend of massage and Cupping therapy, focusing on one main area of tension. 
 After massage to ease tightness, cups are applied.While the cups work on the area, other parts of the body are massaged. 
Cups create negative pressure, relieving contracted and congested tissues in ways that traditional massage is unable to.



Cupping Massage

Uses side-lying positioning with supportive pillows for comfort and safety.Helps relieve back pain, swollen legs, anxiety and promotes  physical and emotional well-being during pregnancy or postpartum.
