Massage therapy aims to improve blood circulation, increasing the flow of nutrients and eliminating waste products. Kinesiogy is a holistic treatment based on Chinese medicine concept. Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils from plants for healing. It could be an inhalation, oils can also be massaged into the skin.
