Nice environment, spacious fit out in each room with kind a helpful staff member to greet you. I found the rooms to be a good fit for purpose (Sauna, Large). Though, i found the ammenities cleanliness (bathroom and shower) less than what i would have expected from what appears from the outside like a well curated space. I will however be back for another try next time I am in the area.

Rest and restore in one of our state-of-the art infrared saunas in your own private room. Each infrared sauna is full-spectrum and fitted with LED chromotherapy.
For your session you will be provided with complimentary towels, a carafe of filtered water and optional use of an ipad. After your session you are welcome to enjoy a complimentary cold face towel and glass of coconut water.
