Dermaplaning involves the use of a specially designed scalpel that gently scrapes off the dead layer of skin removing peach fuzz and impurities to reveal the healthier layers underneath and leave skin smooth and clear. It is therefore best, in most cases, to have dermaplaning treatment done every four to six weeks, in line with your natural cell turnover rate. Most patients then repeat these sessions as part of an ongoing regimen; doing so keeps skin looking smooth, healthy, and vibrant.

You’ll experience minor redness and irritation for a few days after the procedure.
You will need to keep your skin free from makeup and products for 24 hours post-treatment.
