Touch-Up

Our most popular service, inclusive of everything needed for maintaining peak performance and preventing injury. This appointment will have you in and out of the office in 60 minutes. 

Maintenance

Our extended therapy session, aimed for longer and more detailed work.  A great option for those recovering from an injury, event, or competition.  This appointment will have you in and out of the office in 90 minutes.

(e.g., lower or upper back pain caused by athletic activity, poor posture, profession, awkward sleeping position or wry neck)

Tailored specifically for those suffering from back and neck pain, this massage service uses various techniques to decrease pain, release the spine, promote muscle relaxation and increase joint mobility. 

Each session begins with an assessment to determine a treatment plan. Then, the individualized treatment may include Swedish or deep tissue massage, cross-fiber friction, trigger point therapy, hot or cold therapy, mobilization and stretching of the affected area(s) and connected structures. After the session, patient education may include stretching and self-massage exercises, posture correction and cross training recommendations for increased results and faster recovery.

Back and Neck Pain

(e.g., minor injuries caused by repetitive athletic movement such as Plantar Fasciitis, Shin Splints, and IT Band Syndrome)

This specialized massage service addresses injured areas and related structures; a combination of techniques are used to promote healing, decrease pain and prevent recurrence. 

Each session begins with an assessment to determine a treatment plan. Then, the individualized treatment may include Swedish or deep tissue massage, cross-fiber friction, trigger point therapy, hot or cold therapy, mobilization and stretching of the affected area(s) and connected structures. After the session, patient education may include stretching and self-massage exercises, posture correction and cross training recommendations for increased results and faster recovery.

Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)

(e.g, minor muscle or ligament tear such as hamstrings strain, ankle sprain, calf strain,...)
