The treatment is tailored to you and may include the following:
Swedish massage.  A massage of the superficial muscles. Particularly helpful for relaxation and easing muscle tension.
Deep Tissue .  Focus on 1-2 focus areas allowing time for warm up and a deeper pressure. Recommended if you have a paricular area of concern.
We will discuss the areas you may want particular focus, any that you would rather be left alone and what we would have time for in the duration you have chosen.

A tailored upper body treatment designed to release tension in the 
back, shoulders, arms, hands, chest, neck and head and face.
A blend of soft glides and gentle pressure targets areas prone to tightness, easing stiffness and promoting deep relaxation. Ideal for those with desk-bound jobs or anyone needing relief from upper body strain. 
I will acknowledge other areas of the body with gentle holds, rocking or stretches through the drapes to complete the experience.

A gentle, nurturing massage designed for those diagnosed with cancer at any stage. Using soft, gliding strokes that feel much like applying a soothing lotion, this light touch technique helps bring comfort and calm to both body and mind.
The session can be a full-body massage or adapted to focus on specific areas, depending on your preferences and the time available. Every treatment is tailored to how you feel on the day, ensuring your comfort throughout.
You're welcome to visit my treatment room, or feel free to get in touch to arrange a home visit. If you’re currently under medical supervision, we may start with shorter sessions to ease into your treatment.

Oncology massage 

Indian Head Massage treatments are designed to deeply relax and rejuvenate. The 45-minute session focuses on the face, scalp, and shoulders, melting away tension from these key areas. 
For a more comprehensive experience, the 60-minute treatment extends to the back as well, offering an even deeper release of stress. 
While this traditional treatment is usually performed seated, I provide it on a massage table for your comfort—though, if you'd prefer to be seated, just let me know, and I’ll be happy to adjust.

Soft, flowing strokes calm the body, with the option to include the tummy for added relaxation and baby connection.
The massage is typically side-lying, but floor or ball work can be arranged—just email me at bookings@phillippajane.com for any special preferences.


Extended Pregnancy Bliss

Nurturing Pregnancy Massage – 1 hour - £55
A gentle, flowing massage designed to soothe and relax the whole body. Soft strokes glide over every part from head to toe, with the option to include the tummy to encourage calm and connection. This treatment is typically enjoyed in a side-lying position on the massage couch, though floor or ball work can be arranged in advance (see website for more details).

Bring Your Baby post pregnancy – 1 hour £55
This is a massage for the Mama, not for the baby. A gentle treatment tailored entirely to you and your baby’s needs on the day. Whether your little one needs to be held or fed, the session flexes around you.
Soft, nurturing strokes ease tension, with the option to pause as needed. I've massaged heads whilst Mums are breastfeeding, or toes whilst the baby is needing a cuddle.
Ideal for pre-crawlers, your baby stays close by, either in your arms or carr.y cot. I’m unable to accommodate little ones moving around the room. You're also welcome to bring a friend or partner to look after your baby in the waiting area close by.

Bring Your Baby (massage for you)

This full-body massage offers a deeply relaxing experience, incorporating gentle attention to the face, head, arms, hands, back, legs, feet, and an optional tummy massage. Using flowing Swedish massage techniques, I’ll glide smoothly across the skin, helping to induce a state of calm and release any built-up tension.
Pressure is adjusted to your preference, ensuring your comfort throughout. Please note, the 60minute session is a gentle, soothing treatment, and does not include deep tissue techniques.
If you feel certain areas need extra attention, please select a longer session (90 or 120 minutes), which allows more time for focused work and deeper relaxation.

Indulge in a restorative 60-minute treatment that begins with a soothing cleanse using organic products, followed by the comfort of a warm towel and a delicate mist of scented toner to refresh the senses. A nourishing oil is then applied with gentle glides, pressure holds, and strokes to specific points on the face and head, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and renewed. Soft attention is also given to the shoulders and neck, melting away tension.
This treatment can be enjoyed fully clothed, or with the shoulders uncovered for deeper relaxation. If you prefer, the cleanser, toner, and hot towel can be omitted to tailor the experience to your liking.

A focused session to melt away tension in the head, neck, and shoulders. This treatment uses gentle holds, soft glides, and pressure to release common areas of stiffness, perfect for those who hold stress in the upper body. Let me know the areas that feel good for you and we can focus in on them, or you can allow me to go with the flow and work with what I think is most suitable for you. You will be facing both down and up on the massage couch to allow access to the muscles from different angles.

Ideal for those with forward-leaning postures or simply for those who favor the soothing touch in these areas. A perfect remedy for both relaxation and recalibration.

A focused 30-minute treatment designed to soothe tired muscles in the hands and arms. We can tailor the session to focus more on one side if you have specific concerns, such as carpal tunnel. Perfect for restoring ease and mobility to overworked hands.

We target 1-2 areas during the 60-minute session, or 1-3 areas in the 90-minute treatment, using deep, deliberate strokes to encourage the muscles to let go. This is a massage of connection—giving your body the time and attention it needs to unwind and restore balance, leaving you feeling lighter and more at ease.
If this is your first deep tissue massage, I may suggest a stepped approach of going deeper over each  future session, so that we can see how your body reacts after the first massage with me.
