This massage is a great option for a person that wants to target sports injuries, decrease larger adhesions, and manage chronic muscle pain. Body stretching and deeper pressure is incorporated into this massage for the client that needs special focus to an area of discomfort. We can focus on helping you build long term recovery while increasing your mobility to promote proper healing throughout your sessions.

This is a massage tailored to fit your unique needs. Once an assessment is completed you get to decide how to spend time in your session.
