Accurate measuring of the affected limbs for patients with Lymphoedema, Lipoedema, Phleboedema or any lymphatic disorder requiring the utilisation of compression garments in the short or long term. Garments can be ordered from the all the major manufacturers, either made to measure or off the shelf according to your requirements.

Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), is the global gold standard treatment for lymphoedema. . It is an intensive programme that combines several separate but complementary approaches, including manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), compression bandaging or fitting for garments, exercise and nutrition advice and guidance, pneumatic compression where appropriate, skincare and psychosocial counselling. We are proud to offer this life and mobility -enhancing care to our patients in two phases: intensive (30 minute session 1 per day for at least two weeks), and maintenance (up to 60 minutes once a week for 2/3 weeks).

At your first consultation we will discuss your case history, including as much information as possible regarding your pathology, your lifestyle, your medication, any other illnesses or injuries you might have. We'll also cover how you have been managing your lymphoedema to date, what compression / bandaging you have been wearing and we'll answer any questions you might have on this and your diagnosis. A clinical referral is not necessary for this service, however it is very helpful. We aim to work closely with your oncology team to ensure best outcomes.
From there we shall make a plan for your treatment which may encompass any or all of the following: Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy (DLT - this covers bandaging, exercise, psychosocial support and guidance, skincare advice and discussion of your individual condition), plus body composition measurements. 
Measurements for compression garments are taken at a separate session.

If you suffer from blocked sinuses, headaches, migraines, nasal stuffiness, recurrent infections, unrefreshing & disturbed  sleep patterns, fatigue,  and 'woolly headedness' this could be your answer. Utilizing skills developed through reflexology, lymphatic drainage and Swedish massage techniques, this unique, gentle treatment and aftercare advice will help clear blocked sinuses, relieve tension in the head and work to restore normal, easy breath flow. Suitable for children also.

This treatment focuses primarily on the abdomen, where we hold a great deal of our stress, resulting in IBS, tension, and headaches. Working directly on the digestive tract, we stimulate the circulation of lymphatic fluid, blood and waste matter, bringing the body's core back to homeostasis, detoxifying and reinvigorating a sluggish or inflamed digestive system. Warmth is applied after the physical stimulation, relaxing and soothing the area, bringing it back to balance energetically and emotionally.
