Established for almost 3 decades practicing and teaching holistic therapies and Yoga and over 20 years of service at the Health & Wellness Centre in the New Forest. Colon Hydrotherapy is a completely natural treatment that is enjoyed by thousands of people every day, from celebrities and film stars to ordinary people of all ages, from all walks of life.

Thai Yoga Massage beased in a purpose build studio in Lyndhurst New Forest.

Thai Yoga Massage is a treatment working on sen lines of the body, similar to meridian lines.

During the treatment you remain fully clothes and no oil is used.

The treatment focus is on pressure points and yoga like stretches to release tension and relax the muscles.

Each treatment is designed for your personal needs so an initial consultation is needed.

Back Facials begin with a deep cleanse to remove any dead skin cells providing a blank canvas to exfoliate with an antibacterial exfoliate and remove any congestion. After which a clay based detoxifying and purifying mask is applied, the mask is on for 15 mins during which you will receive a massage to the back of the legs and feet using a massage wax to hydrate and invigorate. The mask is removed using hot towels followed by a back neck and shoulder massage to release any muscle tension, using a massage wax to hydrate.

A beautiful cozy treatment room in Lyndhurst New Forest, A hot stone massage involves flat basalt stones being immersed in hot water and then placed onto specific parts of the body. During a hot stone massage, the stones are used to massage the body this allows the therapist to get deeper into the muscles without more pressure, helping their client to relax yet further.

The stones are smooth and flat and usually made of the volcanic rock type called basalt. These particular stones are chosen because they retain heat.
